Interest in the ADAC GT Masters continues to be great. At the fifth stop of the season, Dinamic Motorsport completes a guest start and thus makes its debut in the German GT Championship.
As part of the Family & Friends Festival at the DEKRA Lausitzring, the Italian team is sending Klaus Bachler (31/AUT) and Adrien De Leener (33/B) into races nine and ten in a Porsche 911 GT3 R. TV partner NITRO will broadcast the races of the ADAC GT Masters live on Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.
The team from Reggio Emilia in northern Italy was founded by Maurizio Lusuardi in 2011 and since then has mainly competed in the Porsche one-make cups. The debut in the GT World Challenge followed in 2019, and the team is also active in the 24H Series. Now the ADAC GT Masters completes the team history of Dinamic Motorsport as another top series.
“We will have the opportunity to get to know the series and collect important data. We are also looking into a possible engagement in 2023,” says team manager Giuliano Bottazzi. With their choice of drivers, the team is relying on two experienced ADAC GT Masters drivers for the guest start at the DEKRA Lausitzring. Both Klaus Bachler and Adrien De Leener have competed in the German GT Championship in the past and together they have completed almost 150 races.
De Leener is looking forward to the ADAC Masters
Adrien De Leener: “First of all, I’m really looking forward to driving in the ADAC Masters again, especially with Dinamic Motorsport and to start together with Klaus. Together we achieved good results in 2018. The competition in this championship will be as always be very strong, because the quality of the teams and drivers is first class. For Dinamic Motorsport it is the first appearance in the ADAC GT Masters and the crew is preparing meticulously for this premiere. Klaus has already driven with the new tires from Pirelli this year , so we should have a good base for the weekend. We will do our best to get the maximum and get a good result for the team.”
In addition to spectacular motorsport, visitors to the Family & Friends Festival can look forward to a unique mix of technology highlights, fun, shows, presentations and a look behind the scenes at the DEKRA Lausitzring. Exciting adventure worlds can be explored on the entire site and can be reached quickly and easily via a shuttle service. Music fans will also get their money’s worth. On Saturday evening, the German DJ duo “Gestört aber geil” will be performing and creating a great atmosphere. Tickets are available this weekend for uniquely low prices starting at 5 euros online at adac.de/motorsport. The varied event is free of charge for children under the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult.
All 14 races in the ADAC GT Masters will start at 1 p.m. The TV channel NITRO will present the races live from 12:30 p.m. The racing action can be followed live on RTL+, Germany’s leading streaming platform, or accessed afterwards in the media library.
