The competition has a strong international field, with combinations from Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Estonia and Mexico, among others. The grand prize is the final piece of the equestrian competition in Zuidwolde, on the grounds of former international Jan Broek.
The first contender immediately starts first: the German Paul Ripploh with Chevalier de Blue. Other contenders include Ireland’s Conan Wright with Jetplane (start number 19) and Briton Alex David Gill on Incanto VDL (no. 39). Many eyes will also be on Albert Zoer from Echten, who is also one of the favorites on Halifax.
