Gordon is in all states about the big interview his ex-fiancé Gavin Rozario has given to the Private. The TV millionaire called him. “What he said is so low to the ground.”
The Evert Santegoeds magazine Privé has a mega scoop for the second time this year: after the publication of André Hazes’ will, the magazine today unpacks an eight (!) page interview with Gavin Rozario. Gordon’s ex-fiancée is forever changing the way we look at the TV star.
Below the belt
How does Gordon react to it? Evert talks in the podcast Strictly Private: “I haven’t heard anything yet, but what isn’t may still come. Gavin did hear something and that is so below the belt, so below average that I won’t repeat it.”
It is extremely shameful what Gordon said to Gavin, says Evert. “It says more about Gordon than Gavin. It’s low to the ground. Gordon is apparently angry. Well, he often is.”
Sympathetic
Evert interviewed Gavin last Sunday together with colleague Edwin Bredius. “We didn’t know what we heard. We fell from one surprise to another, because the boy tells his story so sympathetically, so calmly and so well-considered. He is a nice boy who speaks his words well and tells his story well-considered and respectful.”
There are many baffling passages in the interview, such as how Gordon was still on drugs and his engagement was no surprise at all. “That really dropped my mouth open. He had it staged himself!”, says Telegraaf reporter Jordi Versteegden.
Yvonne critical
Yvonne Coldeweijer, one of Gordon’s few allies so far, initially reacted sceptically this morning. “Sympathetic of Gavin to dump someone and then give a kick to the press. 🥲”
After reading the whole story, Yvonne changed her opinion: “Ai. Pretty shocking. Pretty scared of this I must say. (…) Because I thought he had kicked the habit. Unfortunately, I have experts in my area who have once entered into a relationship with someone with a cocaine addiction for years and this behavior sounds very recognizable.”
‘Shared opinion’
Gordon needs help, Yvonne thinks. “A partner who is paranoid, tantrums and mood swings and is very good at manipulating part of your daily life when dealing with an addict.”
She continues: “I think Gorrie will downplay and deny his problem, but I think the addiction plays a big part in the situation and Gavin is right and Gorrie does need help. I have also personally shared my opinion with Gordon.”
What does Evert think?
What does Evert think of that? Jordi asks him in the podcast: “Just a moment: I saw Yvonne Coldeweijer respond that this is a step closer to Gavin here.”
Evert: “Yes, but she is spinning and she is saying very different things now. Not that I care too much about that, but when I read this morning: ‘It was one flight of stairs’, I thought: jealousy doesn’t suit you, Coldeweijertje. That’s what she said about me yesterday when I was gloating because I knew what was coming today.”
Yvonne said that about Evert when he called her “Gordon’s spokesperson.” Now she has told Gordon the truth. “That would not have been too subtle, knowing Coldeweijer.”
