Erling Haaland was undoubtedly the most exciting purchase of the past summer.
The Premier League is not yet five full rounds behind, when it is already clear that Manchester City struck their pick directly into the golden vein.
At the weekend, Haaland turned the tide of the Crystal Palace match by scoring his first hat-trick in England. On Tuesday, the super striker continued to be at least as strong when he loaded the ball three times against Nottingham Forest by Dean Henderson behind the back.
City was downright crushingly superior in the opening period. It kept the ball 77 percent of the time, but only the young Viking forward was responsible for the results.
The first time Haaland scored was in the 12th minute when he converted by Phil Foden centering on the upper corner. The winner of the match was already decided in the 23rd minute, when Henderson missed his opening and the City players sawed the ball in the middle of the penalty area, from where Haaland tapped it into the net.

But already in the 38th minute, Haaland tipped the Argentine into second place by completing his ninth goal of the season and the second hat-trick of his City career. The attacker headed the ball from close range to make it 3-0 at the break.
