The complex, which housed several !pet business units, was sold last year. The various branches of industry, such as the Hoogeveensche Courant, project designers, printers and bookshops, which were closely intertwined, have all either been sold or continued independently. Only the bookshop is located in the large building. The bookshop will remain in the building, but will be joined by other shops.
