December 6 – 8.59pm – MILAN

A clear and convincing 4-0 against a trusted team like Fabregas’ Como. Inter found continuity after the victory in Pisa and temporarily obtained first place alone. Here are the words of Nerazzurri coach Chivu after the match.

about the match

“We could have done much better. In the first half we were in a bit of a hurry, but we played a real competitive game, with great clarity. I only care about the team, the daily work we do and our objectives, the rest is just newspaper headlines.” And then again: “I would have liked to dribble a little more. They came to man us and we had to play fast, we needed more serenity but I’m satisfied. After the 1-0 we stopped to catch our breath a little, I think that in the second half we were better at reading the game.”

about the team

“I need the whole squad, so things can be built and difficulties can be faced. Everyone must know how to adapt and those who have been here for a short time must get help from the veterans.”

the liberating celebration at 4-0

“Exultation? Like an idiot, as usual. Jokes aside, I’m happy to be back at Inter, I try to give my best with passion and enthusiasm and I enjoy every moment.”
