This morning it will first be partly cloudy with some local showers, but during the course of the day the cloud cover and shower activity will increase further, the RMI reports. The RMI also has: code yellow issued for heavy rainfall in the afternoon. An intense and structured shower zone will move over the country from west to east during the day. Rain amounts may rise to twenty liters per square meter or more in several places over a period of six hours from the afternoon, the RMI warns. According to the weather service, the north of the country seems to escape the most intense showers.
