Continuing its preparations for the new season in Germany since 14 July, Fraport TAV Antalyaspor faced Borussia Dortmund, one of the Bundesliga teams, in the friendly match. Antalyaspor took the field with Boffin, Bünyamin Balcı, Veysel Sarı, Kudryashov, Güray Vural, Fredy, Fernando Martins, Ndao, Gökdeniz Bayrakdar, Luiz Adriano and Haji Wright. Borussia Dortmund; Meyer, Morey, Papadopoulos, Coulibaly, Aning, Bynoe-Gittnes, Emre Can, Wolf, Thorgan Hazard, Reyna and Brandt took their place on the field with their 11 players. In the 8th minute of the fight, the yellow-blacks took the lead 1-0 with a goal from striker Julian Brandt’s foot. While there was no other goal in the first half, which was passed with mutual attacks, the German giant went to the locker room with a 1-0 advantage. Starting the second half with the substitutions of Fredy-Soner Aydoğdu, Gökdeniz Bayrakdar-Ghacha and Boffin-Alperen Uysal, the Akdeniz team balanced the match with Alassane Ndao’s head goal, who made Fernando Martins forget himself in the middle of the back post, in the corner kick won in the 60th minute. While there was no other goal in the fight, the two teams left the field with a 1-1 draw.


GERMANY CAMP ENDED
Antalyaspor football manager Nuri Şahin gave Cemali Sertel, Floranus, Hakan Özmert, Sinan Gümüş, Ufuk Akyol and Mehmedi a chance in the match later in the fight. While Fraport TAV Antalyaspor lost 6-2 against Bochum and 1-0 against Paderborn in the friendly matches played in Germany, they defeated Dutch representative Twente 3-1 in the training match.
Antalyaspor will return to Antalya after the Borussia Dortmund match, while completing the German stage of the new season preparations.
