A manager’s own transaction occurred at BMW on May 29, 2026. The transaction was disclosed on June 1, 2026. Nedeljkovic, Dr. Milan, board member, expanded its own depot to include BMW shares on May 29, 2026. Nedeljkovic, Dr. Milan acquired 5,215 shares at a price of EUR 76.16 each.
