Hansa Rostock has secured its second new signing, Luca Unbehaun, for the coming season. The 25-year-old goalkeeper comes to the Kogge from Dutch second division club FC Emmen. The Bochum native was once trained at VfL and Borussia Dortmund. In the Keuken Kampioen Divisie in 2025/26, Unbehaun was between the posts 36 times, conceded 65 goals and kept six clean sheets. Third division team Hansa had previously signed Yannic Stein (21), a goalkeeper from Union Berlin.

With his training at the highest level, a strong understanding of the game and strong decision-making skills, he brings important prerequisites for our game. With his previous experience and his development potential, he has the best prerequisites for to play a key role with us.”
